General Shipping Information
We promise to process and ship your orders with care because we know you are trusting us to deliver the fabrics for your next quilt! Orders made between Tuesday and Thursday will ship by next Friday, orders that are received between Friday and Monday within the week.
We may contact you by phone or email with any discrepancies or more information that may be needed. We endeavor to keep our inventory system up to date, however if there is an issue with your order we will contact you before shipping.
We ship all items through Canada Post.
Shipping rate are based on the amount of your order. We use a variety of packaging including Canada Post Flat rate boxes. If we can ship for a lesser amount we will adjust your shipping once your order is processed.
